Marketing SMS consent

This optional form can be printed, completed, and returned to On Point. An existing customer relationship does not replace affirmative consent. This page does not collect online opt-ins.

This form is only for optional marketing SMS/MMS from On Point Solar Power LLC. It is a standalone agreement, separate from project contracts and non-marketing service-text permission. Both choices below start unselected. You may decline and still purchase goods or services.

By selecting MARKETING AGREE and signing this form, I expressly authorize On Point Solar Power LLC and service providers acting solely on its behalf to send recurring promotional SMS and MMS messages, including messages sent using automated technology, to the mobile number below. These messages advertise On Point’s residential solar, batteries, detach-and-reattach services, upgrades, and free, no-obligation roof inspections.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. This choice is separate from service-text consent, any purchase agreement, and acceptance of other terms. It does not authorize other businesses or affiliates to market to me.

Staff retain the signed form, version, consent date and mobile number. Only MARKETING AGREE plus a signature authorizes this marketing program. Blank, declined, conflicting or unsigned choices do not grant permission. A service-text signature, purchase agreement, older combined consent or customer import does not authorize marketing. Existing opt-outs remain effective. Publishing or viewing this blank form does not enroll anyone.
