This optional form can be printed, completed, and returned to On Point. An existing customer relationship does not replace affirmative consent. This page does not collect online opt-ins.

This separate form is only for non-marketing service SMS/MMS. It does not enroll you in the Offers marketing program. Both choices below start unselected.

By selecting SERVICE AGREE and signing this form, I authorize On Point Solar Power LLC and service providers acting solely on its behalf to send non-marketing SMS and MMS messages, including messages sent using automated technology, to the mobile number below. These messages concern my projects, site audits, installation or inspection appointments I requested, system performance, billing, and customer-service inquiries. This section does not authorize promotional or marketing messages.

This service-text choice is optional and independent of the marketing choice. I may decline marketing and still agree to service texts, or decline service texts and still agree to marketing. Declining texts does not prevent me from purchasing goods or services or contacting On Point by phone or email.
